How do I look for a chiropractor in my area who practices like Dr. Fields?

Cranial Adjusting: Do a search for “Endonasal Cranial Adjusting”.  You can also search for Functional Cranial Release, Neurocranial Restructuring or Binasal Specific.  We cannot attest to the experience of the doctors you will find but these are the buzz-words for the cranial adjusting that Dr. Fields does. This is NOT Cranial Sacral Technique. There are a number of chiropractors and naturopathic doctors around the country that do the procedure.

Muncie Technique: This procedure is done by Dr. Fields for eustachian tube dysfunction and is very rare. However, there are some doctors who do use it.

Here are some doctors around the country that do Endonasal Cranial Adjusting  balloon.

Exercise Video Questions

How many times per day should I do the eustachian tube dysfunction ETD videos?

You can perform the ETD video 2x/day and some even find their body can handle 3x/day. Remember to listen to your body and, if you get worse with the video, try and figure out which exercise made it worse.  Also, look at the ETD Q&A video for more options like endonasal cranial adjusting, the Muncie Technique, oil pulling and the importance of an anti-inflammatory diet.  If you need more help, make sure and schedule a Telehealth or in-person visit with Dr. Fields..

How many times per day should I do the TMJ exercise videos?

Muscular and biomechanical patterns can be hard to get out of.  Therefore, we need to have you exercising your jaw multiple times per day. Start with two of the TMJ videos per day and see how you do. If you get sore after a video try to figure out which of the TMJ exercises flared you up. In the beginning, you may want to focus more on the massage-oriented videos in the beginning of your rehab process.  Dr Fields also does Telehealth and in-person visits to help your TMJ challenges.

How many sleep apnea exercise videos should I do per day and when should I do them?

Do 2 sleep apnea exercise videos per day and make sure that one of them is done before bed.  You may, also, want to follow along with the 7 Part 360° Breathing Series to open your chest and torso to take on more air. If you need further help, come to Dr. Fields for his sleep apnea and snoring protocol involving endonasal cranial adjusting, throat opening muscle work, the Muncie Technique, neurological restoration to the diaphragm, rib mobilization techniques and a more personalized sleep apnea and snoring exercise regime.

How long will it take to get a benefit from the sleep apnea videos?

If paired with care in our office, we often see some results within a couple of weeks.  If you are just doing the exercises, we tell people to do 2 videos per day, get on a low inflammation diet and expect results within a few months.  Many say results are quicker but prepare for a longer duration. You are making big changes in your respiration.

See further questions for some of his protocols or schedule a Telehealth meeting or an in-person consultation.

What is the standard Microbiome Labs gut healing protocol?

For an intro and very effective gut healing protocol order the following:

2 MegaPre™ Precision Prebiotic

1 MegaMucosa™ Mucosal Support

Instructions for use:

Week 1: 1 Megaspore every other day with a meal

Week 2: 1 Megapore per day

Week 3: Now taking 2 Megaspore per day

Week 4: Add ½ Scoop of MegaPre™ to 16oz of water per day or a smoothie (with or without food)

Week 5+: Increase MegaPre™ to 1 scoop in 16oz of water per day or in a smoothie

Go to the website to order this protocol: https://microbiomelabs.com/register/?ref=drfields

*Note- There is a good chance you will have some intestinal symptoms with the protocol as some of your gut bacteria die off, others are encouraged to proliferate and your microbiome becomes more diverse.  If the symptoms are too much, back off to a lighter dose and wait until the symptoms lessen before you jump to the higher dose.

Do you accept insurance?

The best way to find out if insurance is going to cover some of your care is to find out on your insurance website or by calling them directly. We are not in-network with any insurance companies and do not bill insurance. However, if you like, we will give you a detailed bill (superbill). This has your procedure codes, diagnostic codes, our tax ID, license # and NPI # so you can send the superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Please let us know on your first visit that you would like to receive a superbill. We are happy to provide it.

Are you in-network with my insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance companies. The care in this office is very hands-on and uses cutting edge technologies that don’t match well with joining insurance networks.
